Our Major Projects

KNPC – Ground Remediation & Site Preparation at New Refinery Project

The scope of work included: Dredging, Pumping of 50 million cubic meters of borrowed sand from sea to onshore site, Backfilling, Compaction and all related site preparation works for an approximately 12 square kilometers area.

KAAP – 1500MW CCGT + 105MIGPD IWPP at Al Zour North – Phase

The project consisted of a 1500 MW Combined Cycle power station, using GE’s 9FA Gas Turbines, and a 105 MIGPD seawater desalination plant.

MEW – Shuaiba North Power Station

In association with GE International - USA, we were awarded in 2007 the contract for the Supply and Commissioning of 3 GE 9FA Heavy Duty Gas Turbines for the 900 MW Shuaiba North power station at the Ministry of Electricity and Water

MEW - 2000MW combined Cycle power station at Sabiya

The consortium of GE International, USA and Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) South Korea signed a multi-billion dollar contract to Engineer, Procure and Construct a 2000 MW power station at Subiya in Northern Kuwait along with 7 year Operations & Maintenance scope under the same contract.

KOC – Crude Oil Export Facility

In association with Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) we were awarded in 2005 a multi-billion-dollar project at KOC to Engineer, Procure and Construct a new Oil Export Facility aiming to increase Kuwait’s oil export capacity by one million barrels of crude oil per day.

KAFCO – Aviation Fuel Depot

This was a prestigious multi-million dollar EPC project executed in association with Larsen & Toubro (L&T), India for the state owned Kuwait Aviation Fuel Company as part of the Kuwait International Airport mega expansion plan.

KNPC - Gas Plant at Mina Al Ahmedi Refinery

In association with MW Kellogs Ltd USA we executed the Gas Plant at Mina Al Ahmadi Refinery.

KPA – Dredging & Marine Services

In association with the Ballast Nedam B.V. (now Van Oord Dredging & Marine Contractors B V, Netherlands), we executed dredging and marine works at Shuaiba Port.
